In order to protect our customers who post their property for sale on our websites, we installed some powerful email filters to ensure the quality of the emails being sent to them from potential buyers. These filters are used to check if the email could be SPAM, PHISHING or ADVERTISING. If a doubt persists as to the legitimacy of the email, we intercept it and store it so that a staff member from «Land-for-sale.ca» can check it and decide whether it should be sent to the seller. If we suspect that the email is SPAM, PHISHING or ADVERTISING, we destroy it.
If the email that is sent shows no sign of being SPAM, PHISHING or ADVERTISING, it is automatically sent to the intended recipient.
This approach makes the emails you receive more reliable. However, this approach may delay your emails by as much as a few hours.
This system ensures the high quality of emails being sent. Fewer emails are sent out but the emails sent are reliable. If you receive an email that is not reliable, please notify us about it and we will adjust our filters.
